Configuration Items and Where to Create Them

This section provides a consolidated reference to the configuration items located within the Global folder. It includes the folder path to access each configuration type, item, the path to create overrides where applicable, and the consistent action required to initiate creation. The steps are consistent across all configuration items to maintain a uniform approach.

Note: Once the Configuration Item / Type/ Rule is created, it appears in the Navigation Explorer under its respective folder in draft status. It is not yet saved to the database. To complete the save, select a config package and proceed with the Check-In process.
